Our four level home is built on a steep hillside; so not only was it a challenging job to undertake; but it required the use of scaffolding.
After getting multiple bids, we contacted Gene’s Painting. While some of the bids we received were a little lower, upon close examination of all of them, Gene’s was a more comprehensive and complete bid containing everything we were requesting and also some additional options we had not thought of.
One of our main concerns in awarding the the bid was that once the work started, that it be completed in a timely manner and meet our expectations.
Gene’s Painting provided excellent workmanship and ongoing status reports. Not only was the job completed on time; the work was done well beyond our expectations! One side of the house had “weathered” pretty badly. So Gene gave it several extra coats of paint at no extra charge to us. He said that not only did he want to make sure we were happy with the job, but that he also wanted to feel that he had done everything he could to make sure that he felt good about the completed project.
After the job was completed we did a walk around with Gene to ensure that everything was finished. We noticed only a few very minor spots that needed touching up, but Gene found some areas that we would never have noticed. Once again Gene took care of everything way beyond anything we would have required and at no additional charge.
We highly recommend Gene’s Painting to anyone that wants to get a job done in a timely, professional manner, and who wants a company that is honest, fair, and goes beyond the “call of duty”!!
